How do I cancel my account? |
|
Please, notify our Customer Service Department. It is important to indicate your Full Name and User ID or Email Address that was used when creating your account. Once we receive your request, we will review it and begin the account closure process.

Buy ads - how does it work? |
|
| AdsPilot offers RON (Run of Network) and Set Rate (Sponsored Ads) advertising models. RON advertising model allows you to run your ads on the entire Publishers network, as well as target your market and reach your core audience by using geographic, vertical, keyword and other target features. Set Rate (fixed price) model allows Advertiser to buy ads on a specific website for a certain period of time. For this purpose Advertisers can use our Site Directory in order to select a website the Advertisers wish to advertise on according to their marketing goals. Advertisers have an opportunity to bid (make an offer) for each ad space on Publishers websites in an open auction system.

How do I get started? |
|
It is very simple. All you need is to set up an Advertiser account and create your ad campaign by choosing the appropriate advertising model according to your marketing needs.
If you do not have your own banners (creatives) to start an advertising campaign, we recommend you to use cheap and highly professional web banner design provided by our partner. Rush 24 hour service is also available.

When will my ads start running? |
|
| Once your payment has been received and verified by AdsPlot Team, your ads will start running automatically within several minutes. However, it can vary depending on time and day your order is placed.

Does AdsPilot require an exclusive contract? |

| No. There is no exclusive contract.

Does AdsPilot charge a service fee? |

| No. We do not charge any service fee. Our service is absolutely free.

| Currently Adspilot accepts payments via PayPal and wire transfer for large amounts by special agreement. These payment systems offer secure online transactions with any major credit/debit cards. The entire process is fully automatic and completely safe and secure. No credit requests toward an Advertiser account are acceptable. If you are a Publisher, you can transfer your earnings to your account credit.

| We do accept international Advertisers, as well as non-English ads that are geo-targeted to a certain country or region.

What is the minimum deposit for Advertiser to start an ad campaign? |
|
| The minimum deposit to start your digital advertising campaign is only $25.

How can I monitor the performance of my ad campaign? |
|
| You can monitor the performance of your ad campaign by logging to your account area. There you can find a comprehensive real-time report on your ad campaign, including the total number of ads running, their start day, total clicks, impressions, purchase history, account balance, CTR, average CPC, conversion rate, etc.

Does AdsPilot monitor and prevent click fraud? |
|
| Yes. AdsPilot takes click fraud very seriously. We ban Publisher immediately who practice click fraud. AdsPilot support team reviews ad clicks as well as impressions on a daily basis in order to protect each Advertiser from fraud. Advertisers do not pay for any fraudulent clicks we determined. Should you have any concern about this issue, please use our Contact Form and report an abuse.

What is GEO-targeting? |
|
| GEO-targeting allows you to distribute your ads directly to web sites in specific countries. Limit the countries in which your ads are displayed in order to protect yourself from click fraud and maximize your ROI.

The ad rating feature allows Advertisers to prevent the access by minors to inappropriate or obscene content.
AdsPilot offers 4 types of ad Rating:
- Adult Only - Allows only adult ads
- Teen & Adult - Allows all ads including adult
- General & Teen - No adult, safe for teens
- General - Allows child safe ads only

Which pricing model is better PPC or PPI? |
|
| It depends on many factors. Actually, PPI campaign can be useful if you are trying to "get your ad out", or when your website receives too many clicks on a daily basis, so it is obviously cheaper to advertise by PPI pricing model.

How do I get started? |
|
It is very simple. All you need is to set up a Publisher account and place AdsPilot html code after account approval.
Please Note:
- Publisher's website won't be visible in our Site Directory and Search Results until the Publisher has added at least 1 "ad product" and specified its "ad cost".
- The information about your site you provided during the registration process is very important to potential Advertisers. They select websites where they want to advertise on according to this information. Therefore, keep your site information accurate and up to date.

How much does it cost to join your ad network? |
|
| Nothing. There is no joining or set up fee. Our service is absolutely free for all Publishers.
|
|
|

Does AdsPilot require an exclusive contract? |
|
| No. There is no exclusive or volume contract.
|
|
|
|
How much should I charge for ads? |
|
| Actually it fully depends on you. You can sell ads on your blog or website for any prices you wish. In our opinion, before setting your own price, you need to appraise your website inventory value by comparing different key factors. The main goal is to attract potential Advertiser to place a bid or make an offer on your advertising space. Obviously the less you charge, the more likely you will sell your advertising unit.

How much do I get paid? |
|
| AdsPilot offers the highest payouts in the industry. Publishers receive 80% of all ad campaign revenue generated. Net sales revenue is calculated on a monthly basis. Currently we distribute payments via PayPal or by corporate Cheque on the 15th day of each month (net-15 terms policy). It means once you reach the minimum payout amount, there is a processing period of at least fifteen (15) working days before the payment can be issued. Within this time we will review your account to make sure that your account activity is qualified and valid.

Is there a minimum payment? |
|
| A minimum amount for Cheque requires $50, PayPal requires a minimum of $20 in earnings, and payments to your AdsPilot Advertiser account credit have no minimum. The transaction fees may apply, please read AdsPilot TOS for more information. If Publisher's revenue does not meet the minimum amount criteria, the accrued amount will be carried over to the next date of revenue distribution.

Do I need to create an additional account to become an Advertiser? |
|
| No. You need only one account to have access to both Advertiser and Publisher area. However, if you want to advertise separately, you can create an additional Advertiser account.

How do I obtain and then add the html code to my website? |
|
| After submitting your website for review and its approval by AdsPilot team, the html code can be obtained from ad zone menu section in your account area. Simply copy and paste it to your website source code between and tags. Publisher cannot edit, modify, or change the html code provided by AdsPilot in any case.
|
|

Can I place more than one ad code on each page? |
|
| Publisher may place up to three Ad Units for each Ad Product type on one page. In this case, each Ad Product type shall be determined as a unique Ad Zone. AdsPilot does not allow Publishers excessive placement of the same Ad Zone on a page. However you can mix AdsPilot Ads with other advertising networks, but AdsPilot Ads should be clearly identified by your website visitors.

Can I place html code on more than one website? |
|
| No. You need to create new ad zone for this purpose. The html code will only work on the domain name set by Publisher in his account. For example, if you added www.YourSite.com to your account, and then copy and paste the html code from this ad zone onto www.NotYourSite.com, the html code will not work. Publisher can manage multiple websites under one account. You can add any amount of new ad zones to your account.

Can I mix AdsPilot ads with other ad networks advertisement? |
|
Yes. You can mix AdsPilot ads with other ad networks advertisement. You can add a third party ad code if your ad space is not sold yet and your website does not show RON ads. Publisher won't lose any revenue when no ad is running. However, if you are looking for potential income, we always recommend that you allow to run RON ads on your website.

Can I approve or reject ads that Advertisers purchased on my website? |
|
| When Advertiser has purchased a new ad on your website, you have 24 hours to make a right decision. If you did not make the decision, then automatically, after 24 hours the ad will appear on your website for the length of time the Advertiser has paid for.

What statistics will I get? |
|
| You will get detailed statistics for each of your ad zone in your account area. There you can find a comprehensive real-time report on your ad zones, including the total number of ads running, their start day, total clicks, impressions, history, account balance, CTR, average CPC, conversion rate, etc.

How do I feature my website on AdsPilot home page? |
|
| AdsPilot homepage has 7 featured websites showing at any one time. If you would like to have your website featured on the main AdsPilot page, there is a charge of $20 per month. You can do it through your account area.

Does AdsPilot monitor and prevent click fraud? |
|
| Yes. AdsPilot takes click fraud very seriously. We ban Publisher immediately who practice click fraud. AdsPilot team reviews ad clicks and impressions on a daily basis in order to protect our Advertisers from fraudulent clicks or impressions. Please, read carefully our Terms of Service.
